Founder of ProCareer and an international HR professional with experience across recruitment, HR strategy, organizational development, and coaching. Nelja has worked with companies across Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Denmark, Germany, Sweden, Finland, Switzerland, the UK, Greece, Cyprus, Ukraine, Dubai, and Singapore - in banking, IT, e-commerce, retail, and shipping, supporting international teams, scaling businesses, and building HR processes across multiple countries.
Her background combines corporate leadership with an entrepreneurial approach - she knows how fast-growing teams actually work from the inside. Alongside business consulting, she also supports professionals through career coaching and counselling.
She believes that recruitment and HR should create long-term value, not just close a position or tick a box, and that strong companies are built through honest communication and people who actually fit.
Khrystyna specializes in international IT and technical recruitment, with experience hiring across fintech, IoT, smart technologies, and software development. She combines strong sourcing expertise with a highly organized and people-focused approach, supporting both recruitment processes and day-to-day talent operations within the team.
Ilona is an HR professional and recruiter with experience across manufacturing, logistics, and finance. She works both as a hands-on recruiter managing full-cycle hiring, and as an Interim HR Specialist - stepping in to build HR processes, documentation, onboarding programs, and employer branding from the ground up.
She is particularly strong in workforce planning, HR process improvement, and creating structured people operations in companies that are growing or building their HR function for the first time.
Kristina is a senior recruitment professional with an international background in IT and analytics hiring. She comes in as an Interim Recruitment Lead to build hiring processes from scratch, train recruiters and HR teams, and implement ATS systems. She also conducts sourcing training and mentors recruiters who want to get sharper at their craft.
