The founder of the company, Nelja Kornfeld, proudly considers herself a true HR enthusiast. She is genuinely passionate about her work, loves creating effective solutions that help companies find and develop talent, and supports individuals in unlocking their potential and building successful careers. She eagerly applies her experience and knowledge to ensure harmonious and productive interactions between businesses and their employees.

About Nelja Kornfeld
Work experience
- Since 2011, has been working with companies as an Interim HR and Recruiter: providing project-based and advisory business support, talent acquisition and assessment, HR process setup, and supporting management teams during periods of change.
- 3 years of experience as an HR manager in an international shipping company, with full responsibility for all HR processes on a global scale, including recruitment, motivation and development, as well as employee performance and reward systems across 7 countries. During this time, the company’s workforce grew more than 10 times.
- 4 years of experience in career counseling and coaching.
- 14 years in the banking sector (market leaders in the Baltics and Scandinavia), including 10 years in business development and Cash Management products.
- 4 years in marketing management and online sales.
- Runs a blog about career, work and development on Instagram
