Hard to believe, but my Instagram <\/a>blog just turned 4! And somehow, only now do I feel like a real blogger – even if a small one. <\/p>\n\n

After a long break, when I was completely overwhelmed with work and had zero energy left for the Instagram, I\u2019m finally back in the game! So all the posts and stories are, as always, straight from the heart – about things that matter to me\u2026 and hopefully to you too. <\/p>\n\n

So yes, I\u2019m active again. But I\u2019m constantly experimenting – how to stay in touch regularly without burning out? Maybe Chat GPT? Well, yes and no. AI is just a helper, but I want to write myself. Otherwise, it doesn\u2019t feel like my blog anymore. <\/p>\n\n

This blog has become a full-time job – and only this year did I finally admit that to myself. I also accepted that it\u2019s totally okay to be less active here when life and work are running at full speed. <\/p>\n\n

Let\u2019s be honest – I\u2019d love to have more followers on Instagram. I do have something to say, and I want more people to hear it. That\u2019s why I try to follow all the “Instagram science” (which changes by the hour, not even the day). <\/p>\n\n

Right now, I\u2019m at a bit of a crossroads with content – it feels like my latest posts aren\u2019t exactly for the masses. I talk about what\u2019s interesting to me – but is it interesting to you? And what about all my travel stories? Too much? Then again – this is part of my life, and a blog can\u2019t be only about work, right? <\/p>\n\n

A few months ago I became active again on my English account, but recently I decided to try running it in Estonian – since I live in Estonia and it was originally meant for a local audience. We\u2019ll see how it goes, but for now @career.pro<\/a> is a mirror in Estonian of my main account @pro_karjeru.<\/a> <\/p>\n\n

To everyone who\u2019s been here for a while – thank you. I notice and appreciate your reactions, comments, and support. And if you have joined just recently – I\u2019m so glad you\u2019re here, and I hope you find something useful. <\/p>\n\n

The reason I do all this hasn\u2019t changed: I believe anyone can be happy at work. And I want more people to believe that it\u2019s possible to work with joy, earn fair amount of money, and reach your goals – with a little help from me, if needed. I know many of you are managers and business owners – and I\u2019ve got plenty to say to you too. If you\u2019re here, you already know that people are your biggest asset. And I\u2019m here to help you work with that asset wisely. <\/p>\n\n

And if you feel like congratulating me – I\u2019ll be happy with just one thing: invite your Russian-speaking friends to @pro_karjeru <\/a>and Estonian friends to @career.pro<\/a>. The more of you here, the more I want to share everything I know. <\/p>\n\n

And now, a little behind the scenes.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Because let\u2019s be real – blogging is not just about content and expertise, time, focus, and staying in rhythm. It\u2019s a full-blown challenge for my family who never exactly signed up for all this. <\/p>\n\n

But like it or not, they\u2019ve become part of the process. Some play the role of camera crew, some become background in my stories, and some are just trying to get mom to put the phone down. <\/p>\n\n

Here\u2019s what blogging looks like – from the inside out, through their eyes:<\/p>\n\n

\u2013 \u201cShhh, I\u2019m recording a reel!\u201d – and tension shoots to 10 out of 10. Even the cat freezes. And how many takes do I need? Especially when you run two blogs in two languages? <\/p>\n\n

\u2013 \u201cTake a photo of me like this. No, not like that. Like this! Can\u2019t you see? Here I look fat, and here my face is weird.\u201d Andrei hisses: \u201cI don\u2019t want to be a tripod!\u201d Ever tried convincing your partner he\u2019s not a tripod?<\/p>\n\n

\u2013 Making lunch while listening to an Instagram trends podcast. Lunch gets cold because \u201cjust a sec\u2026 I need to upload this post, 10 minutes.\u201d (It took 47. Of course.) <\/p>\n\n

\u2013 \u201cYou\u2019re on your phone again. Another story?\u201d Yes \u2014 this is my job. If I get one quiet moment, I grab the phone. Got to catch the thought, got to share before it fades. <\/p>\n\n

\u2013 I take pictures of everything. Just in case. Because when the idea hits – it\u2019s better to have the visual ready. <\/p>\n\n

\u2013 \u201cPut the camera away!\u201d – my son screams. \u201cI\u2019m not going to follow you!\u201d \u201cMom, my friends found you on TikTok – cringe!\u201d <\/p>\n\n

\u2013 \u201cMom, who even cares about our Sunday pancakes?\u201d \u201cNelja, are you really posting the wine and shisha too?\u201d \u201cDo we have to show the whole house to everyone?\u201d<\/p>\n\n

So yeah\u2026 \u201cMom-blogger = family disaster\u201d – that\u2019s not just a meme. It\u2019s real life. And honestly – I couldn\u2019t do any of this without their support. <\/p>\n\n
