An HR manager can solve numerous problems and significantly contribute to a company&#8217;s success. HR helps the company not only to find talents but also to develop them, which directly affects productivity and financial performance.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Misconceptions About the Ease of the Profession<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>However, HR work is often seen as easy and straightforward. In reality, it is one of the most complex professions. A poor approach in HR can harm even a successful company, whereas a strong HR specialist can significantly improve its performance. Yet, experienced managers of the old school often believe that there is nothing difficult or important in HR.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Long-Term Results and Underestimation of HR<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Changes implemented by HR rarely yield immediate results. According to statistics, the outcomes of HR work become evident in about 2-3 years. This means that many HR activities may seem pointless and unnecessary at first glance. HR is a profession that requires experience and continuous learning.
